Chicken Tenders

1 pound chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch strips

1 cup gfGoodies’ Breading and Batter Mix

For stove top: In a container shake to coat half of the chicken breast. Shake off excess Breading and Batter Mix. Sauté stove top in lightly oiled pan (preferably cast iron). Repeat with remaining chicken. Chicken tenders can be kept warmed in oven.

To bake in oven:  Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a container or bag, shake meat the mix together.Shake off excess Breading and Batter Mix. Place baking dish in oven with 1T butter and 3T olive oil, heat until butter bubbles. Remove pan and place chicken tenders in pan. Bake 10 minutes then turn chicken. Cook until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
