Gluten-Free Crumble Top

Crumble Top turns fruit into a delicious dessert. This gluten free whole grain mix combined with butter creates a delicious, crunchy topping or crust for crisps and pies. Millet flour gives an extra depth of taste. Start the spring with rhubarb, then move to summer berries and autumn apples. Use any type of fruit, frozen, fresh or canned. Made from all natural, non-GMO ingredients.

1 package gfGoodies Crumble Top

3-4 cups Blueberries – frozen or fresh

½ cup (one stick) melted butter

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place fruit in 8×8 or 9 inch round pie pan. For a thinner topping amount, use a 8×12 inch pan. Combine Crumble Top Mix and butter. Sprinkle on top of fruit. Bake one hour or until fruit bubbles.
