Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

In two easy steps, these classic cookies are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Your whole family will love these gluten free cookies. Makes about 2 dozen. Made from all natural, non-GMO ingredients.

1 gfGoodies Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie mix

1 egg, room temperature

5 Tbsp butter OR butter alternative, room temperature

1 Tbsp vanilla (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a mixer, combine butter, egg and vanilla (optional).  Add cookie mix and blend until dough starts to hang together.  Place 1” balls of dough two inches apart on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet.  Bake 12-13 minutes.  Let cool slightly on pan before moving to cookie rack or tummy.

Ingredients: Semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (emulsifier), vanilla, salt), certified gluten free oats, white sugar, white rice flour, brown sugar, millet flour, aluminum free baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda.
